●Boil Agastya multigrain Ragi Pasta in hot water
●Drain the water and add salt and a dash of oil. Set aside
●In a separate hot pan, add butter
●Add 1 tsp Jeera. Finely chopped green chilli
●1 tsp Garlic paste
●Stir it well. Then add chopped tomatoes
●Add, Mirchi powder ½ tsp, turmeric ½ tsp
●Add a pinch of salt
●Put Agastya Ragi Pasta in the pan
●Mix it well with the cooked masalas
●Serve Plate it, chow it!
Dish #2 One Pan Pasta!
Yes, you heard it right! One Pan Pasta is a trick to make Agastya pasta without staggering cooking vessels in your kitchen sink. This is not a typical way of cooking pasta, but if you are on a move and don’t want to spend much time on it, then this is surely the way to go!
Follow the steps below:
●Pick the biggest pan you can
●Chop garlic, chilli and onion very thin
●Add a dash of sliced chilli
●Place Agastya whole wheat spaghetti shaped pasta on the pan
●Do not put the pan on the flame yet
●Place all the sliced ingredients in the pan
●Sprinkle some basil leaves over
●Add two cups of water to the pan
●Now turn on the flame and keep stirring
●Use a pair of tongs to rotate it
●Sprinkle some salt and pepper over
●Once it’s dry, grate some cheese on it and stir again for a creamy, yummy texture
●Serve hot! Yum yumm yummmm!
Dish #3 Creamy Pasta Carbonara
The classic Creamy Pasta Carbonara is one of the simplest pasta dishes to make. This can be made in one pot as well. If you’re bored with morning cereal breakfast, or chappati and veggies for lunch, or rice and gravy before bedtime, then this is certainly the perfect Agastya Pasta dish for a change!
●Add Agastya whole wheat pasta – Penne pasta in a pot
●Boil the pasta till it’s cooked and drain the water out
●Keep the pasta in the same pot
●Add one cup of cream
●Two egg yolks
●Cooked sliced bacon or meat of your choice
●Add freshly grated parmesan cheese
●Keep stirring it slowly
